Zimbabwe’s tyrannical, authoritarian, militant, pestilential, parasitic, criminal, and illegitimate ruling party, Zanu PF, is driving the nation into a deeper abyss of economic despair. The current currency collapse crisis, primarily affecting the terrorized and oppressed masses, can be directly attributed to Zanu PF’s catastrophic mismanagement. These suffering citizens, whose welfare has been grossly neglected, face deprivations in essential services such as education and basic health care, which are constitutional rights. Yet, Zanu PF continues to resort to populism, attempting to deceive the very people it has failed.
While nations like war-torn Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, and North Korea maintain functional currencies, Zimbabwe’s economy remains paralyzed. To the politically naive rural electorate, this dire situation is misleadingly blamed on so-called illegal sanctions imposed by the West, particularly Britain and the United States. According to Zanu PF, these nations, defeated during the so-called Second Chimurenga, harbor bitterness and seek regime change to install a puppet government. This narrative is designed to obscure Zanu PF’s sole responsibility for the currency crisis and shift blame onto foreign entities.
This misguided rhetoric prevents those blinded by nationalism from recognizing the true issue: Zanu PF’s parasitic and pestilential politics. The introduction of a local currency by an illegitimate government further exacerbates the problem, distracting from the fundamental issue of parasitism. The party’s relentless pursuit of a one-party state enables it to plunder the nation’s natural resources with impunity, enriching itself at the expense of the oppressed masses. As a result, Zimbabweans are deprived of basic constitutional rights such as education, health care, and clean potable water.
The government’s failure to provide these essential services has resulted in widespread suffering. The neglected masses endure prompt, reliable, and affordable service delivery deprivations, while Zanu PF continues its self-serving agenda. The party’s illegitimate hold on power, maintained through terror and violation of the nation’s supreme law, perpetuates the currency crisis and deepens the economic plight of the people.
Unless Zanu PF relinquishes power, the situation will only worsen. The tranquil, innovative, reinvigorated, youthful, and resilient opposition, sensitive to the welfare of the masses, must be allowed to lead. Only then can Zimbabwe begin to recover from the economic ruin inflicted by the current regime. The useless dollar, which grows more worthless by the day, symbolizes the suffering of the neglected masses. Without a change in leadership, this suffering will multiply, and the nation’s currency crisis will persist.
Zanu PF’s despotic rule has brought Zimbabwe to the brink of collapse. The party’s fixation on establishing a one-party state is a desperate attempt to retain power and continue its exploitation of the country’s resources. The terrorized and oppressed masses, deprived of their constitutional rights, deserve a government that prioritizes their welfare. It is time for Zanu PF to step aside and allow a new, compassionate leadership to address the currency crisis and restore hope to Zimbabwe.
